Refund Policy

 7 Days Returns Policy

You have 7 to 10 days to make a refund request/store credit after your order has been delivered successfully, *some of the situations we need additional requirements

*Clothes/wearables(except innerwears) are treated as hygienic items, so they have only 3 days to make a refund Returns are not applicable if;

*Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks, toys(no self package), clothing and freebies etc.

*Any consumable item which has been used or installed already.

*Products with tampered or missing serial numbers from your side.

*Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing,

freebies and accessories.

*Scratched Fragile items, hygiene related item,

*Other specific items

If any of the item you have received is wrong damaged, defective or not as *described on the website, we will arrange a full refund/store credit or replacement along with any shipping fees applied.

Assurance of Authenticity.

If your purchase is found to be counterfeit due to our technical inability, then we will offer a full refund along with any shipping fees paid.

Items Cannot Be Returned

The below items which cannot be returned are:

*Flash sale items with No-Return Policy

*Products with notes which states so specifically that the item cannot be returned.

*Products like; Underwear’s, Skinny tight wears, Software, Music albums, CD’s, Perfumes&Cosmetics


 Refund Policy

  • If you placed the order using a Credit/Debit card, and we have approved the refund then we will refund the price of the item returned to the same card. Please note that it may take up to 7-14 working days based on your merchant.
  • If you opted for the Cash on Delivery (COD) service, we will issue you a store credit/money transfer in to the account you insist us to do. Store credit is the credit which you can use for shopping on our website for any item purchase equivalent to the price of the item(s) you returned.
  • This means that we guarantee and value the payment you made with us and will provide a refund service as per your requirement.


 Cancellation Policy

  • If you change your mind before we dispatch that item (*call us to confirm),then cancel your order and we will process the refund along with any shipping fees applied.
  • Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, this happens within 3-5 business days so try to cancel your order at an early stage.
  • If your order has been shipped, we would not be able to cancel it. At that point, your next best option is to make use of our hassle free return policy and send the item back for a store credit.


Delivery Policy

  • We like to give our customers’ the flexibility of Free Delivery services to 300Aed valued orders in major parts of UAEat the time of Promotions.
  • Other than that, we charge delivery charge depends on the product/delivery location.


Note: The Shipping charges are non-refundable in most of the cases other than *free and easy return case; as they shipping charge paid directly to the courier company.

To Return an item call our Customer Car Center at +971 432 66 585 (10 Line) To Obtain an RMA ( Return Material Authorization) Number.

All Return Item must be in New condition ( As Sold Condition), In their original box, must iclude all packing material, blank warranty cards, Manuals and all Accessories.

Good Must be Complete, used, and is ‘AS NEW’ ( Eg If you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so with out damaging the box an factory packing/seal or damaging the product in anyway) and must be carefully re-package as received.

Inculde the invoice and the reason for the return. Id defective, Please specify the defected, in a operate sheet of paper and attach it along with the invoice. Pleas Do Not write or anywhere on the factory packing or (Carton) or product itself. The Rma Number must be clearly written on the invoice copy.

Good must be return department within 10 day form receiving RMA number. We are unable to accept of un wanted and non faulty item after 10 day’s

RMA number are valid for 10 day’s.
