How Do I Track My Order?

We will send you regular updates about the status of your order via emails . After your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you, you can also track its status by signing in to your account, under Track Your Order on your desired order or you can track your order.

How Do I Place an Order?

Shopping on 360souq is easy ! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

  • Open 360souq.com Website.
  • Put the item title on “Search Bar”.
  • Click on the image of your desired item & Click on “Buy Now”.
  • Click on “View Cart” (Add quantity if required) & click on “Checkout Button”.
  • Enter your registered Email Id & Password.
  • Enter your personal details like (Name/Contact Number/Shipping Address with City).
  • Confirm the order details and select your “Mode of Payment”.
  • Click on “Place Order”.
  • Your Order number will appear on your screen.

-Congratulations! your order has been placed.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order is not yet on its way to you, your order is eligible for cancellation, “Cancel Button” will indicate on your desired order that you wish to cancel.

  • Click on “My Account” and click on “My Orders” in the drop-down
  • Once you see your order, click the “Cancel” Button
    • Fill out the cancellation request form
      • Choose the item(s) you need to cancel
      • Make sure you read and agree with the cancellation policy
      • Select your cancellation reason
      • Click on “Submit”

If your order is already on its way to you or if you have already received your order, you will not be able to cancel the order but you may be able to return your product.
