- Delivery is available for all 7 emirates except remote areas.
- All orders placed before 12am will deliver next day except on Friday and major public holidays.
- 360SOUQ.com does not ship signature required. Customers are responsible to have someone available to receive items when shipped.

Delivery Charges
- AED 20 delivery charges anywhere in Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman if order is less than AED 300.
- AED 30 delivery charges in Abu Dhabi, Umm al-Quwain, Fujairah, and Ra's al-Khaimah if order is less than AED 300.
- Shipment is FREE, if order total value is AED 300 or above.
- Unless otherwise stated shipping promotions are for Standard shipping only.
